Tips for self-isolation with your family during COVID-19 👨👩👧👦

One of the tips from ARH Mental Health Research Grant recipient
Professor Mark Dadds is to pay attention to your partner.
He recommends to schedule in dedicated parent time,

We bid a fond and sad premature farewell
to our Inbound International Rotary Exchange
student Vegard who has returned to Norway
The current situation with the Corona virus pandemic has severely curtailed
or cancelled the activities which Vegard has been involved in.
He has vowed to return in the not too distant future to make up
for lost opportunities and we look forward to seeing him here again

It was so sad to say goodbye to our delightful 2019-2020
at our zoom meeting last week.
Advised by her consul to return home to Belgium,
Elise departed a very empty airport without the usual warm farewells
and has now arrived at her home,
where she enjoyed her favourite feast of Belgian fries

We've been a bit slack updating our members Birthday's,
but wanted to wish John Bartle
a very Happy 40th (ish) Birthday.

We had our first weekly meeting by Zoom this evening
attended by more than 30 members!
Inducted Jason Van Straalen by video
and a great guest speaker Viccki Rasmussen
from Charlies Foundation for Research.
