Your donations are meeting needs in Ukraine

The Rotary Foundation so far has awarded more.

 than 375 disaster response grants,

 totalling more than US$17.3 million,

to help those affected by the war in Ukraine.

. Your generous donations have made it possible to

provide refugees with food, water, and clothes.

Grants have kept electricity flowing to hospitals,

allowed wounded civilians.

to receive care and found shelters for displaced families.

But the need is still great. More than 45 grant requests

are on hold waiting for additional funds.

to become available through the Ukraine Response Fund

. Please consider donating today and read.

how Rotary members have been weaving a global web of giving

in Ukraine since the war began.

Rotary provides some amazing programs in our community,

and Camp Inspiration is one of the best!!
This week we heard from Shariq.

who our club supported to attend this week-long camp in January.

for people with Disability and shared about the fun he had doing things

like sailing, ten pin bowling, biscuiting on the river, karaoke.

 and going to Adventure World

- plus, the new people he met and the friends he made.

We agree with Shariq, who told us.

"You need to keep doing this camp"!

Community involvement & community support

is what we love doing!

This morning we were at East Butler Primary School

, to present another voucher in the local community.

This will be used to supplement the Breakfast Club,

 provide learning essentials.

and in some cases, warm clothing for students.
