terrific to see Interact students there and to see Larry Manno
honoured for his ongoing commitment to their
club of future Rotaractors.

have had a tough couple of years –
but we are rebuilding!
We have welcomed three new
members.

We had a potluck dinner
(lucky it’s been a bit like
southern winter weather last week!)
at Andrea and Fritz’s home.

At the Margaret River Farmers' Market
come along and support the Timor-Leste Leavers
Experience Students
from Margaret River Senior High School
who will be cooking up a storm to raise money
for
a volunteer project they are doing in Timor at
the end of Year 12.
The trip is an alternate to
Leavers week.
and is organised and supported by Rotary
Margaret River
and the Lions Clubs of Margaret River,
Cowaramup and Leeuwin (Augusta).
Funds raised will go towards the volunteer
project.
and costs of materials for the
Timorese.
The team have already done a
wood raffle (as pictured)
and are also running a range of other
fundraising initiatives.
They will be cooking up breakfast at tomorrows
Markets.

Today the Rotary Club of
Armadale helped cook sausages.
for the City of Armadale's NAIDOC event.
We were so busy cooking thousands of sausages,
we forgot to take photos.
, but we had a go recreating the
events of today.
