Imagine if during the COVID-19 pandemic we could facilitate connections
between medical professionals in developing communities across the
Asia Pacific region with their colleagues in Australia & New Zealand.
We know it can be done but we need your support.
Allow our volunteers to continue to give their time and talents
during this period of great uncertainty.

Help us to help the region.

Understandably, COVID-19 currently prevents Interplast’s
highly skilled volunteer surgeons, nurses, anaesthetists,
and allied health professionals from undertaking life-changing work
 across the Asia Pacific region.

Our focus may have changed,
but our mission has not.

Every winter, a common affliction suffered by rough sleepers is "trench foot".
This is complex to treat (given their living conditions)
but easy to prevent.
All that is needed is clean dry socks made of natural fibres.
City Rotary supports Homeless Heathcare to collect 2600 pairs of socks
needed for distribution through our winter.
$6 buys 3 pairs of socks.

Our club collected over *four kilos* worth of foreign coins
for this joint Rotary project to support international projects!
President Melissa delivered the coins to
Ian from the Wanneroo club this morning,
taking the appropriate social distancing measures of course.

RYE Student Keika Fukuyama takes a daily 10-km run.
Here she is seen at City Beach where she caught up with Don Holywell.

Last night Fremantle Rotary held an historic zoom meeting
when 32 members of Rotary joined in a meeting
and 3 new members joined the club.
Welcome aboard to our new members,
we look forward to having you with us.
Rotary District 9465 Governor Wayne Milnes
joined us for this wonderful occasion
