On
Christmas eve, a burglar broke into the home of a lawyer.
The thief took all
the lawyer's Christmas gifts from under the tree
but left the packages for the
wife and children alone.
As
the criminal was leaving the house, he was caught by a policeman.
He confessed
to what he did but told the policeman that he couldn't be arrested.
The
policeman asked why, and the thief responded,
"Because the law states that
I'm entitled to the presents of an attorney."
