Funding
I am one of a few fortunate researchers that has
received funds
for my mental health research project.
The truth is, in
Australia, many of my colleagues are struggling
to find the funding to do
important mental health research –
there is a huge lack of funding in this
critical area.
The funds for my research have been provided
by
Australian Rotary Health, from funds raised
on National Hat Day – Friday
October 10.
100% of the proceeds from Hat Day
go toward mental health research
projects like mine.
I would encourage every one of you to get
involved
in a Hat Day party,
simply register an event, wear a hat
Or write your own blog and link to #hatday14.
