updated

At present we have about 300 people booked for this event,
some of whom are Rotarians, others from Inner Wheel, Probus, Rotaract
and other organisations as well as many individuals
from both District 9455 and 9465.

It will be a great day to show case Rotary projects,
we are giving each attendee a gift bag into which
brochures and flyers can be placed.
Are you able to supply advertising for your particular Avenue of Service
or events you have planned for the future?

Unfortunately I am unable to arrange collection,
flyers and leaflets should be delivered to the committee room
at the Rotary Hall, Sandgate Street, South Perth
(Phone Manager Julia if you do not have access - 0477 788 071 ).
If you need to post them please send to PO Box 102, South Perth, WA 6951.
Please allow plenty of time for postal delivery.
THEY NEED TO ARRIVE BEFORE FRIDAY 28th JULY
as bags will be packed that weekend.
We will be unable to add material received after the 28th July 2017.

In addition we will be happy to display pull up banners,
these need to be delivered to the Hyatt
between 7.30 am and 9.00 am on Saturday 19th August 2017
 and collected at 3.30 pm
If you have a member going to the event from your club
perhaps they could transport the banner for you.

Please let me know if you will be delivering brochures or leaflets
and if you or a colleague will be delivering
a pull up banner on Saturday 19th August 2017.
   Email:    junew1@me.com

Many thanks for your support.

Yours in Rotary

June
