What do you get for the person who
has everything?
How about something that someone desperately needs?
This
holiday season please consider giving a gift of "Love"
...an act of
kindness and selfless service.

What can $100 buy you this
Christmas??
Movie tickets? A nice dinner out?
A new toy for your child?
These are all nice, but why not do something different this year.
Reconnect
with Christmas by giving a gift
that will change someone's life.
At the Rotary Club of Northbridge
, we sponsor the education to underprivileged
Balinese children
for $100 per year!
That's right, just $100 can pay for a
child's education, school uniform,
school backpack and stationery for a whole
year!!!!
And YOU can be part of this. By donating $100 to our Rotary Club,
we will
provide you with a certificate of sponsorship
and a pamphlet that details where
your money is going.
You can sponsor in your own name or someone else's,
as a
gift to them this Christmas.

Rotary Club of Geraldton
On Wednesday night RCOG had a talk
from Brett Williams,
Geraldton Fire Station's Station Officer.
He then gave us
a tour of Geraldton's Fire Station,
starting with some heavy duty fire-fighting
vehicles and equipment.
There was even a mock alarm just for our benefit!
Inside the building it was evident that we were in a state-of-the-art
organisation
which was well placed to protect our community,
responding to
fires as well as other disaster situations.
The station and others across WA
are the result of many years
of planning and acting on feedback from their team
members on the ground
