Monday night’s meeting of the Rotary
Club of Northbridge
was an even more festive event than usual,
with the Club
celebrating the 32nd anniversary of its foundation.
The Club was chartered on 17 April
1984
through the efforts of the Rotary Club of Perth
and Rotarian Geoff
Summerhayes.
We are proud to say that five of
those original Northbridge Rotarians
are still with the Club –

Trimboli, Victor Giudicatti, Peter Vecchio, Wally Ozich, and Peter White
were
all on hand at Oliver’s Restaurant
to help cut a beautiful birthday cake
and celebrate with us.
We were also especially pleased to
have members of the Rotary Club of East Perth
to celebrate with us, including
Robyn
Penny, Mike Penny, Merilyn Adamson, Jude Crawford,
and Charlie Russo.
Here’s to another 32 years of Rotary
fellowship and service!
