comic diva Ileana Otto-Johansen with
Christina Browning tickling the ivories!
The concert is on
Saturday September 24th at 7.30pm
at the Kalamunda Performing Arts, Kalamunda.
Tickets are $30 and $25
and can be purchased online at
or at Nightingale’s
Pharmacy in Kalamunda or at the door on the night.
The concert is
fund-raising for the Parkerville Children and Youth Care.
Patrons can BYO alcohol
for interval and there will also be
a complimentary supper during interval

IPDG Jerry Pilcher attended the RC Freshwater Bay's meeting
and surprised CP Di Collins with a RF Citation for Meritorious Service
for her
contribution to the Rotary Foundation over numerous years.
Di began her journey
with TRF back in 1983
when she and husband PRID Ken were volunteers
in the
Refugee camps in Hong Kong with the Vietnamese boat people
. It has continued
throughout the years in numerous areas
right up to the present as she is
secretary of the RF Alumni Committee of WA.

Larry has been a staunch member of Rotary since joining in 1968

community service
. Originally in the Kalamunda club before moving to Mundaring.
Even though these days he finds it too difficult
to access the club rooms,
he
can always be found doing a fabulous job as MC at the Sunday markets

like Timor-Leste.
The Rotary Club of Byford & Districts,
in partnership
with Kwinana, Palm Beach, Southern Districts
and many others have secured a
global grant
to continue to gteat work that we are doing for our near
neighbour.
