Rotary Club of Geraldton Greenough
This week our guest
speaker was Mandy Jolley,
founder of the SHINE program.
SHINE is a one of a
kind education program
established in Geraldton, Western Australia.
The program
is a values based training model targeting indigenous
and ‘at risk’ girls aged between 13 and 15.
The program works with
girls at risk of disengaging
from the education system and society;
negativity
impacting their employment
and life opportunities into the future.
