Wednesday 2nd December saw a large number of Melville Rotarians
facilitate the driver education of approximately 212 students
from Melville Senior High School
at the Rotary WA Driver Education (RWADE) program
at the RAC Centre at Perth Airport.
This is always a busy event and the benefits
are enormous not just for the students but also to us
- after all we have to drive on the road with them.
The interesting thing is to see the enthusiastic participation
by the students in an environment other than school
where experts in their respective fields let the potential new drivers
discover some of the realities of driving a weapon.
