The Rotary Allied Health Team Excellence 2017 Awards
 recognises allied health teams for their contribution
 to the health and well–being of Western Australians.
There were 38 nominations across five categories
 making this a very competitive field. 
The five category winners will now compete
 for the overall Allied Health Team of the Year Award
to be announced at the Rotary Awards Dinner on 16 October. 


The category winners are:​

Category: Rural and Remote Teams 
Winning team:
 Derby Paediatric Multi-Disciplinary Clinic,
 WA Country Health Service Kimberley.



Category: Community and Primary Care 
Winning team:
 Building Collaborative Care with Community Services,
 Armadale Health Service




Category: Innovative Practice
Winning team:
 Graylands Innovative Practice Team,
 North Metropolitan Health Service


Category: Teaching, Training and/or Research
Winning team:
 Physiotherapy Clinical Enhancement Program Coordinators,
 Hollywood Private Hospital.


Category: Working in Partnership
Winning team:
 The “Forget-Me-Not” Volunteer Team,
