Districts 9455 and 9465 were chosen as the joint recipients
of the 2019 Dick
White District Achievement Award.
Over the past 5 years these Districts have
been working together more collaboratively,
especially on larger Rotary
programs – such as Australian Rotary Health.
There have been Mental Health Forums held in Geraldton, Mandurah and Esperance
There have been Mental Health Forums held in Geraldton, Mandurah and Esperance
, to name a few
, and information has been
shared between the Districts freely and openly
. Information about major ARH
Fundraising events is also freely shared
and ALL Rotary members in Western
Australia are invited to take part.
Over the last two years they have had a
joint ARH Forum
to “Lift the Lid” on Mental Illness –
open to and actively
supported by both Districts.
And is a testament to all the hard work achieved
by PDG Jerry Pilcher and PP David Honeychucrh

It was a long time coming for Alan as with his Partner Bev
(who has been
Rotarian for many years)
Alan has attended 16 World Rotary Conferences

Simon Polli from Coles in
Kalgoorlie was awarded a Paul Harris fellow award
from all three rotary clubs

Simon has been a great friend of rotary, most memorably
Australia Day events.
Congratulations Simon, we wish you all the best in your future.
We need to do something about these figures.

Entertaining as always. Great to have you back John!
This
was a perfect evening to also welcome Guiseppe Pantano

It was very encouraging too for our student nurses to see Rotarians and
guests
pitch in after dinner to raise almost $2,000
